Ehsanul Habib has been a licensed attorney since 2007. He completed law graduation in 2001 from PACE Law School. Started working for David M. McCormick & Associates in Virginia in 2001 and moved to New York in 2008, to work as of-counsel lawyer to Steven Zalewski and Associates.
In 2011, he opened up his own practice and started working from his Forest Hills office. Since 2011, he has helped numerous clients to file for Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases and complete all those cases. Currently, he focuses on real estate closings and landlord-tenant matters. He has helped more than 700 clients in purchasing and selling their homes. Additionally, he works on numerous landlord-tenant cases every year. All those closings have been completed successfully.
Closing could be stressful for a buyer of a home, however, every step of the way towards a successful closing is closely scrutinized by the counsel at the law firm. From the time of signing a contract, ordering the title, reviewing the title, calculating closing costs and amounts needed to close, these different steps are all well explained to the client. Additional time is invested by the firm to explain each step and the reasons for such costs relating to the closing and housing court proceedings. The attorney notifies clients via phone, email and text messages regarding the update of their closing and landlord-tenant proceeding.
